Function documentation: add_object

Function inserts a new object in the Client Portfolio list. If the object added to legal and natural persons lists is another legal person, it is checked in the database of the Register of Enterprises. If the person is registered in the database of the Register of Enterprises, an object with the respective name, registration number and address is added to the Client Portfolio.
